These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Countdown Widget
(package name: nl.koenhendriks.countdown) provided by Koen Hendriks
(“Developer”, “we”, “us”).
By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1) License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Countdown Widget for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
